- You can briefly describe your concern; there is no need to share detailed health information in the form.
- You can choose how you would like us to contact you (phone, WhatsApp, email).
Information you send via the form is used only to get back to you. For details, see the privacy notice. Our team speaks English, so you are welcome to write in English.
If you are in treatment
If an aligner breaks or is lost, an appliance comes loose or something is digging in, contact the clinic by phone or WhatsApp. For general information on what to do in these situations, see the clear aligner problems and solutions page.
