Please do not share detailed information about your health in the contact form. If you voluntarily share health data in your message, it is processed only to respond to your request and within the scope of your explicit consent.

Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law — “being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract”, “being necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation” and “being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” — and, if you give your approval when submitting the form, on the basis of your explicit consent. Special categories of personal data are processed in accordance with Article 6 of the Law.
Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on the website, phone, WhatsApp and email, and automatically through the site's technical infrastructure.
Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with the conditions in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to technology service providers we use for hosting the site and providing form and email services, whose servers may also be located abroad; and, within the scope of legal obligations, to competent public authorities.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- request information about it if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it has been transferred,
- request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the Law,
- request that third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of correction, deletion or destruction,
- object to an outcome against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
as listed above.
Applications
You can send requests regarding your rights, together with information identifying you, in writing to the address above or by email. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. This is a translation; the Turkish version prevails.
