This Privacy and Security Policy applies to the ankarainvisalign.com website (the “Site”) operated by Funda Sarıkaya Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic (the “Clinic”). Personal data processed in connection with healthcare services provided at the clinic is additionally governed by the relevant legislation and the clinic's own privacy notices.

When you fill in the contact form, you share information such as your full name, phone number, email address, who the examination request is for, the subject, your preferred contact method and your message.

- Replying to your examination and information requests
- Contacting you to schedule an appointment
- Keeping the Site secure and fixing technical problems
- With your explicit consent, analysing use of the Site to improve its content
Information you send via the form is not used for marketing and is not sold to third parties.
Sharing of information
Your personal data may be shared with the service providers used to host the Site and provide the form service, to the extent the service requires and under contractual safeguards. These service providers' servers may be located abroad. Apart from this, your data is shared with competent public authorities only where there is a legal obligation.
Retention period
Information sent via the contact form is kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for the periods required by the relevant legislation; when these periods end, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
