Reminders for the retainer period
- Whenever you are not wearing your retainer, always keep it in its case.
- Clean removable retainers with lukewarm water and a soft brush; do not use hot water.
- Clean around the fixed wire every day and attend regular dental check-ups.
- If the retainer breaks, is lost or the wire comes loose, contact the clinic promptly.
